Toshihisa Takahashi was a high school student who lived in a small town in Japan. He was an avid fan of anime and manga, and his favorite series was Reideen. Toshihisa had been following Reideen since he was a child, and it had become a part of his life. He had even cosplayed as the main character, Reideen, for a few anime conventions.
